Happy summer, KCSA-ers!

In case you didn't know, Krannert's 2016-17 season has been announced!  Tickets go on sale August 13, with student prices never exceeding $10.

Now, that's a pretty sweet deal, but you can see as many shows as you want for FREE by ushering them.  It's a fairly easy job (you just smile at people, hand out programs, and give directions) and you can pick out the shows you want to see.  Anything from a faculty recital to the Chicago Symphony to the National Circus of the People's Republic of China, totally free!

Browse the calendar, pick out shows for your wishlist, and mark your calendar for the week of August 29, 2016.  That's when we'll start registration for Fall 2016 shows (anything from September through December).

Remember that in order to be eligible to usher, you must be a KCSA member (which is free; we're a student organization, after all!) and complete our usher training on Compass.  It should only take about 30min or so and actually has really helpful information (like where the bathrooms are/what to do in an emergency).

This page explains how to join better than I can, so check it out.

Remember that you can email us at, or private message us via our Facebook, if you have any questions!
