Interested in finding ways to help KCSA other than ushering?  Not quite ready for the commitment of being on AdBoard?  We have several schedule-friendly opportunities for our members and fans to get involved and help make Krannert Center an even more student-oriented place!

Note: all departments can be contacted via the same email:  If you're interested in a specific department, please include the name of that department in the subject line.  Subcommittees are headed by the President and Vice President, with jobs being divided into two basic categories: internal (operations, IT) and external (marketing, events).

Main Contact: Ria Greer, Vice President
Includes: Database administration, updating points, email monitoring, running the SignUpGenius for registration, Treasury, general office work

The Internal Operations department maintains member information, updates points, answers emails, and does whatever else needs to get done to keep the group going. The Treasurer works within this department as well, maintaining our annual budget and keeping minutes at all of our board meetings.

If you're interested in helping with the administrative side of KCSA, are skilled with numbers, or just like helping around the office, contact us at

Main Contact: Megan Vescio, President

The Activities and Events/Marketing Department (broadly, all external departments) do everything from brainstorming ideas for General Meetings to staffing recruitment events like Quad Day and the Volunteer Fair.  We're always looking for people to help run tables and chat with prospective members!

If you're interested in helping us plan and run events, contact us and check out our Volunteer Sign-Up form!  (Updated for Fall 2017)

We plan these meetings for you, so we wanna know how you would like to spend your KCSA time!  Whether you're a seasoned General Meeting attendee or thinking about attending your first, we want to hear from you.  Here's a link to the survey!
